This project strengthened my end-to-end web design and development skills—from UX research to responsive coding and testing. It taught me to make strategic decisions that enhance both user experience and business goals, while also improving time management and attention to detail.

One key insight was that users wanted quick access to service details and contact info without much scrolling. Even on a single-page layout, they expected clear sections and early call-to-actions—highlighting the need to prioritize key content above the fold and keep navigation intuitive.

The biggest challenge was balancing visual appeal with functionality in a single-page layout. I used clear sections, strong hierarchy, and smooth scrolling to keep content clean and easy to follow. Early wireframing and testing helped refine the structure and user flow.

Since the new website went live, we’ve seen a 160% increase in reach, a 60% growth in client inquiries, and an 80% boost in search visibility — showing the strong impact of these improvements.

I especially enjoyed the wireframing and prototyping phase—shaping the site’s structure from scratch and turning ideas into a user-friendly layout. Seeing it evolve from sketches to a functional prototype was truly rewarding.
